Hey friends..
First of all congratulate me for completeing 25000 page views of my blog. Though I need to thank you all first for all the love and support !! :) :)
So you all might have realized my love for dresses by now !! soo while everyone was deciding on which saree/suit to wear at the convocation, I Was pretty sure that which Dress I'll wear !!
Reasons- 1. I didn't have a nice formal saree to wear for this occasion. And in a heavily embroidered or printed saree- I didn't want to look overdressed or dressed for weddings.
2. I don't think that saree would suit me, atleast not till I loose some fat from my tummy- but that's a totally different story..
Remember how I had told you about the dress I purchased from ASOS and another one I bought at the last moment from FIRST AVENUE, DLF Place, Delhi.. Well I decided to wear this red dress- because it has a very elegant and smart appeal plus it has the PETER PAN COLLAR !!!
Dress - ASOS Heels - Marie Claire by BATA Clutch - ASOS Watch - Oriflame Earrings - Borrowed from a friend |
Please ignore my sweaty hair in the pictures, I had clicked these after the event was over and till that time I was dead tired and sweaty because the dress material is a little thick.
I kept the look simple by wearing big hoop earrings and carried my ASOS padded clutch which gave it an oomph factor ( Don't you think soo??? :D ).
So what do you all think, how do I look? Was the outfit apt for a Convocation ceremony??
And before I say goodbye for today, here's a picture of me in the robe and the cap :D
I'll be back with more interesting posts soon, I badly need to shop noww.. Its been a long timee.. I'll go out shopping soonnnn :D :P First I need to buy a pastel shade of pants, sheer blouse and few scarves. Any suggestion where would I Get them from in DELHI???
Take care & Loads of love
Nitika
