I am back with a Spa review and this time I will sharing my experience at the Amaltas Spa by L'Occitane.
Just as the Camargue is a resting place for migrating birds, AMALTAS SPA BY L’OCCITANE is a sanctuary of tranquility rejuvenating the body and soul!
I was greeted by the staff and served their signature Herbal tea infused with lemon, ginger and honey which detoxifies the body and boosts the immune system. I was also provided with Osho slippers to change into and a wet towel to clean my face and hands.
After going through the range of services they offer, I decided to go ahead with their Deep Tissue Intense Relief Massage which I was told by the spa therapist, would be perfect to relax my shoulders, neck and back.
The spa room (which I must say looked like a classy hotel suite) I was given had the similar Yellow theme which you can also see at the L'Occitane stores all across India. Firstly, my feet were cleansed and the steam room was prepared for a detoxifying Steam bath before the spa therapy.
The soothing ambiance and expertise of L'Occitane en Provence in skincare will surely make you at ease and have a luxurious experience.
Overall, my experience from entering the spa to getting out of the spa feeling fully rejuvenated was truly amazing. By having specialists on hand to identify individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly, the experience at this spa is an interactive process.

Their Deep Tissue spa treatment combines 3 techniques - the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, acupressure and gentle stretching. The therapist started a soothing massage with aromatic yet soothing essential oils that helped ease all muscular tension, with a focus on the back, shoulders and nape of the neck.
The therapist appointed to me was really calm and friendly, as she made sure I was at comfort by asking in between the session if I was comfortable with the pressure used.
It was a 60 minutes session which left me feeling really relaxed and rejuvenated.
Amaltas Spa also offers other key spa therapies like Aromachologie massage, Re-energizing sun stones massage and their Signature Golden Shower Flower massage which are perfect to indulge in for pain relief and making the mind and body really calm.
The soothing ambiance and expertise of L'Occitane en Provence in skincare will surely make you at ease and have a luxurious experience.
