Last weekend I attend an unusual Bloggers Meet organized by my favorite Ethnic wear brand - W for Woman. At The Unusuals Meet, W for Woman launched their Spring Summer'16 collection which is all about breaking the stereotypes and experimenting with your wardrobe.

Taking Fusion wear a step ahead, the latest collection by W for Woman features a genre of clothing that is rooted in Indian sensibilities yet adapts well to the western outlook.

Introducing a new concept the Stiletto Kurta, the collection highlights long straight kurtas which can be teamed up easily with churidar, pants or even jeans for a comfortable yet chic look that is perfect for work as well as casual day out.




If you love quirky prints, W's latest collection will surely catch your fancy, as it has vibrant colors and bold and geometric prints, artsy prints and color-block patterns that give a toned down look as well as flatter every body type.


W for Woman has surely taken their collection a notch up from last year with introduction of interesting hemlines, usage of sheer fabrics in the designs, a variety of cropped pants and culottes, long and short Gilets, capes and much more, that are perfect for a Layered look that is totally trending this season.


Their latest collection of accessories and clutches is also to die for and perfectly compliments the apparel available across the stores.

The key highlights of the collection are :

• Capes and Gilets : The collection features long and short capes as well as gilets that can be teamed up with different kurtas for a fusion look. If you are a fan of the layered look, team up the stiletto kurtas with long sleeveless capes for a trendy look. The short gilets are also a fun addition to your fusion wardrobe which are easy to style and can be mixed and matched in different ways.

• Cropped Pants and Culottes : Are you bored of styling your kurtas with the regular leggings or palazzos? Team up your favorite kurta with a trendy pair of culottes or cropped pants from the new collection of W for Woman, which are available in vibrant colors.

What's black, white and chic? Well, that's my favorite trend - Monochrome! This trend has cast a spell on me and I can't seem to get over it even in this season.

That's why when I saw this trendy black & white jacket at H&M, I knew I had to have it in my closet.
And now that the days have become slightly hotter, I decided to do a shoot wearing it, before it's time to keep it back in the closet.

So, on a lovely sunny day, I styled it with my new comfy midi skirt from ZARA and a printed boat-neck top from ZARA that perfectly complimented the skirt.
My trendy hat from Marks & Spencer (which also fetched me a lot of compliments that day) was the perfect pick to complete the look, with a pair of stylish River Island wedges.

As usual, I accessorized it with just a heart-shaped Accessorize pendant, a Fossil watch and a classic Tommy Hilfiger bag.

Monochrome is a trend which is the easiest of all to carry off, no matter what your shape or body type is. You can either sport in a layered manner like I did, or just pair up a classic white shirt or top with a pair of black pants for a chic look.

But if you are up for experimentation, try pairing printed pieces like my monochrome jacket for a headturner look.

Bollywood hearthrob Karan Singh Grover inaugurated the reopening of Forever 21 at the Pacific Mall in Shubash Nagar, New Delhi on 5th February.

The relaunch saw a crazy crowd who not only had come over to catch a glimpse of dapper Karan Singh Grover, but also to shop from their ever-favorite brand which is back with a bang at Pacific Mall.
The relaunch was followed by an amazing after-party at MTV Flyp hosted by Karan Singh Grover, featuring DJ Suketu.

The new space will offer the customers of Pacific Mall a large selection of merchandise in nearly 7,800 square feet of retail space. Complementing Forever 21® apparel and accessories, the store also carries the vast range of F21 Contemporary, Basics, Denim, and Shoes.

Battery Life :

OPPO F1 is equipped with a 2500mAh sealed in battery which is an improvement from its R7 and R7 Lite variants. I charged my phone once in the morning and was able to use it for an entire day without any further charging for clicking pictures, checking & replying emails, listening to music and browsing the internet for long.

This makes the battery life pretty good and most of the other smartphones I have used, need a charge in 6-8 hours after pretty much the same usage.

Its February already and I just realized I was totally inactive on the blog last month, mainly because I was traveling for half part of the month.
Well, I will soon be posting stories and shoots I did while I was traveling and attending events & weddings.
